In this time of uncertainty, I wish to remind my friends and clients that I am here to help. This crisis has hit some of you very hard and you may be facing some difficult decisions. Please don't feel you have to deal with these decisions alone. Some of you have been loyal clients for over 15 years. You've been like family to me. Like family, we are in this together and we will get through this together. In that spirit, I would like to offer, along with my normal services, a complimentary half-hour review of any client concerns relating to:
Business Interruption Insurance. I will be happy to review any business interruption insurance provisions in your insurance policies or “force majeure” clauses in your contracts to see if they could provide you any financial relief.
Creditor Issues. If you're facing possible issues with creditors, I can help you with things like requesting hardship concessions, sending temporary hardship letters to lenders and mortgage companies, or seeking other debt relief.
Employment Matters. I can help you comply with the employment laws relating to how to deal with employees working remotely, or what to do should an employee contract the coronavirus.
Wills and Trusts. If you don’t have an estate plan, and would like one, I'd be happy to discuss your options. If you do have an estate plan, I would be happy to provide a complimentary review of your plan to make sure your will and trust are up-to-date with respect to trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and assets.
Powers of Attorney. I would also be happy to review your Powers of Attorney (for health and finance) to make sure that they are current.
If you are facing any other issues you need help with, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I am committed to helping you in any way I can.
If you have any questions, feel free to arrange a call by using my “schedule appointment” link here at my website (www.spillerlaw.com).
Stay strong and be safe!
Kind regards,
Lindsay Spiller
